Luna Rosa Yoga is an inclusive home to everyone looking for a safer, liberating place to practice yoga and mindfulness. Fat and plus-size bodies, queer and trans folks, BIPOC community members, and survivors are centered in this space. My practice prioritizes accessibility, consent, and choice, affirming that your body is worthy of respect and intentional care.

My offerings include private 1:1 sessions, ongoing community classes throughout Oakland, and specialty workshops that integrate mindful movement with reflective journaling practices. Each experience is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and sincerely restorative.

Every body is celebrated, every story is honored, and every choice you make in your practice is valid and respected.

This is a space to slow down, listen to yourself, and explore your inner world, blending movement with reflection to nourish your mind, heart, and spirit.

  • Start by booking a 1:1 introductory session with me so we can together discern what you might need most from Luna Rosa’s offerings.

    • Community classes are free, although donations of $15 are encouraged.

    • Studio classes are offered on a sliding scale, between $15 for those with higher need to $35 for those who wish to extend more support.

    • 1:1 Private sessions in the home studio or in your home are offered on a sliding scale between $50–120 per session— you pay what works for you.

  • Luna Rosa Yoga offers a range of gentle, restorative, and accessible movement practices designed for every body. This includes accessible Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, slow and grounding stretches, specialty workshops that blend movement with journaling or reflection, and meditation-based sessions. All classes are body-affirming, trauma-aware, and adaptable, so you can move, rest, and breathe in ways that feel good for you.

  • Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported. A yoga mat is encouraged. Wear clothes that let you move freely, and feel free to bring water, a journal for reflection, or any props that help you feel safe and cozy. Most importantly, bring yourself as you are. Every body and every story is welcome.

  • Every class and session at Luna Rosa Yoga is designed to be adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. If you’re unsure, start with a gentle community class or a 1:1 session where we can tailor the practice to your needs.

  • No experience or flexibility is needed! Luna Rosa Yoga is for all bodies, no matter your age, size, or skill level. Even in classes like accessible Vinyasa, which may be more energetic, you can move at your own pace, take breaks, and modify poses as needed. Every class is designed to be safe, supportive, and adaptable so you can explore, rest, and grow without judgment.
